Custom Tattoos for You

What makes us the best tattoo shop in the Raleigh area? With the strong artistic background of our artists, we can create the custom tattoo of your dreams. We can work from existing images, or freehand what you have imagined.

Whether this is your first tattoo or you are a collector, we offer a clean, friendly, judgment-free environment.

Private Rooms

Unlike many other Raleigh area tattoo parlors, our studio offers private rooms so that you can be comfortable while your artist works on you. We pride ourselves on maintaining sterile conditions in each room, so that you have peace of mind that not only are you as comfortable as possible, you're safe.

Deposits and Cancellation Policy

We accept walk-ins as well as appointments with a nonrefundable deposit. Deposits hold the time slot for you as well as ensure that the artist will be compensated for any drawing time they spend before they start actually tattooing you. The amount of the deposit starts at $50, but is at the discretion of the artist. Generally, appointments set for 2 hours or less will be a $50 deposit; up to 2-4 hours will be $100; and appointments over 4 hours will be $200. Deposits will be applied to the cost of the tattoo. If you do not show up for your appointment or you are more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your deposit. Please note that you are paying for your artist's time. If you are late for your appointment, you will still be charged starting from the time your appointment was set for. Deposits are forfeited after 3 months from your last scheduled appointment. We accept cash, credit or debit.

Cancellations/rescheduling should be made at least 48 hours in advance of appointments in order to have it applied to a different session.

When you commission an artist to design a tattoo for you, please be aware that you can request up to three small changes to the design before the artist will need to charge extra money for their design time.

How To Ensure a Great Experience

  • First, read our Before Your Appointment tips.
  • Arrive on time, clean, and ready to start.
  • Be clear when telling your artist what you're looking for. Bringing examples of artwork you like will give them a good idea about how best to design your tattoo.
  • Tip your artist. Tattoo artists are not paid hourly. They receive a percentage of what you pay, so tipping ensures that they are fairly compensated for their time, including any designing that has to be done before they actually start tattooing you.
  • Don't show up drunk or high. It leads to bad decisions, possible excessive bleeding (which will ruin your tattoo), and a frustrated artist who can't give you the great service you want.
  • Let your artist know if you're not feeling well. Lightheadedness and nausea can arise during a tattoo. If you're experiencing something like that, don't hide it.
  • Similarly, be sure to tell your artist beforehand if you have any medical issues, including if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant or nursing, we will not be able to tattoo you.
  • Please do not bring children to the studio. Appointments tend to go best when you're on your own and don't have an entourage of people tagging along. Our artists reserve the right to only allow one person in the studio at a time.
  • Food and drink are not allowed in the actual artist rooms.
  • Communicate! We want to give you the absolute best experience that we can, so be open with us.
